Chicken Meatballs that Rock the Pie

While at Costco, my wife and I tried a free taster of some Aidelle's Chicken Meatballs with Teriaki and Pineapple...em they were so good we bought some. There were some leftover meatballs when I started our weekend pizza's so I sliced some up and used them as a topping. Wow....is all I can say. You have to try these on a pizza. They are very tender and melt in your mouth....not tough or dry like chicken can be. Don't let the teriaki or pineapple thing scare you... they actually meld in with other fresh ingredients on a Margheritta style pizza. Haven't tried with a sauce style pizza but that's on the agenda.

Yes, I have to admit we are "weekenders". Two days off and those pizza "hangovers" induced Fri or Sat night are gone by Monday morning (LOL)!
