Newbie from Brooklyn
« on: June 20, 2011, 12:28:27 PM »
Hello everyone,

My name's Mark and I live in Brooklyn, NY. Living in the Pizza mecca of the United States I naturally have an undying love of Pizza. It began about 3 years ago when I first moved to New York and ventured out to Di Fara's in Midwood. I had never tasted pizza that good in my life. From that point on I have truly loved pizza. I've been all around NYC eating at all the other famous places and I've also been at home perfecting my own. I've learned a lot from reading around this site as a guest already and I know I'll learn more. Cheers!

Welcome GPG.

Have you been to Paulie Gee's?
Back to being a civilian pizza maker only.

Thanks Jeff!

Oh yeah paulie Gee's is great. His combination of toppings are great although his crust is lacking compared to motorino's. They have IMO the best crust in the city.

Heya GPG.

Welcome aboard and good luck with the pizzamaking. --K
