Hi there -- I've been making pizza since I was in law school. Started with dough in the bread machine and thought that was good. In the last 10 years I started grilling pizzas (and am now interested in the 2stone). In the past year I've graduated to kneading dough by hand (I need to get a food processor to do this) and making my own pizza sauce -- really has taken things to the next level. But I need more oven spring!
When I'm in Europe, all I want to eat is the pizza and the German pretzels.
