protien content of con agra bread flour

This is the flour that I'v been using (con agra)satisfaction. I have no sourse of high glutten flour yet. I will be visiting local pizza places and asking about buying some. thanks Patrick

I do not know much about the flour. I buy it at costco in 60 pound bags. Made for restaurant use. It is bleached. Patrick
