Hello
Phil Burkett here and I've just begun my journey to make and bake the perfect pizza.  Just completed installation of a WFO in the back yard and am working on my dough making and stretching skills.  I have a couple of neighbors who are transplants from NY and Conn (read Pete's and Gramaldi's) and they are very avid pizza eaters and critics so I have a big hill to climb.

Let the experimentation begin.

Sitting in Austin Ranch Apartments, waiting for my house to sell in MO. Then its on to WFO in the new house. I can not wait to hear how yours goes. I did notice there was a house for sale in McKinney with a WFO all ready in the backyard!
