Hi everyone,

I have been a pizza freak for the past many years. Just finished building a wood-fired oven at my house in Chennai. Looking forward to exchanging recipes and ideas with other members.

welcome Captain!  show us some photos of your oven please.  home built WFOs are always of great interest.  you're in the right place to figure out how to get the best pizza out of it

Hi Wheelman,

Thanks for the welcome. Attaching a pic of my wood fired oven. Have fired it up few times to get the temperatures up gradually.

Still a long way to go for making the perfect pizza though  ;D

very cool!  really nice work.  what does the inside look like?  how tall is the ceiling from the floor, and what is the inside diameter? 
what is your plan for dough?
