Hi! My name is Jette, I'm a student from Estonia.

I came to this forum to get information about making delicious pizza at home, because this has been my goal to reach for about a year.

I'd like to learn about pizza dough preparing techniques and tips to make delicious pizza without for example, having to buy expensive oven. Also, how to make yummy tomato sauce from scratch.

You will find a lot a good tips and informations on this site. I am a new member for only fews weeks and my technique improved a lot . This summer I bake my pizzas on my gas gril and with only few and easy modifications, my pizzas look almost like a pizza out a wood oven in Naples and the taste is fantastic.
