Hi All,
My name is Michael.  I have been baking bread and cooking pizzas in our brick oven for about three years.  My wife and I love pizzas and hope to learn more on this forum.  I have got to go now and start the fire for the brick oven.  We prepared the pizza dough and ingredients yesterday and are ready to cook tonight!
