Oh I also replaced about half of the water with milk for the dough mixture and cooked the pizzas at 475 for about 10-15 minutes each

I wanted to post my experience with a similr oven, known as the Pizza Perfecto! but since it is not the identical unit this thread was originally started about, I will start a new thread in this same forum. I will then post a link to it.
