Great looking setup. I had no idea there were so many mobile WFO folks on this site. Here are some pics of our setup. On a typical weekend we do 200-300 pizzas, however a few weekends ago we did 1400 for a a Northern Michigan Music Festival. It's exciting to see so much interest and dedication to mobile WFOs.

If it were Patsy Grimaldi himself watching you, then, maybe, you might be concerned, but a Ciolli family franchisee?  You have nothing to worry about. It would be like one of the guys from Anthony's Coal Fired watching you.

Beautiful sprouts pie, btw.

I bailed you out but I enjoy learning from you  ;D There is nothing like game experience so to speak. After dealing with the wet lawn, we were like a 3man pizza machine! And the salad and gelato were a nice touch!

A mandoline? Sounds pretty fancy  :P

Sally's puts onions on as well, although I don't think onions are that critical.  Bacon might be nice with potatoes.

Scott,

Its not that fancy. Its just the French word for "Holy &hi+!!! I just sliced off the tip of my finger!!!" No blood on John's potatoes so he must be a pro!
