Pulled thru Sandy ok No Power for 7 days but the earthstone oven pulled thru BIG time! Love that girl.
Never Hang up the tools. Or allways hang em up! Everytime I say enough for this year and start packing, I get a call ! yes this sunday 54 degrees twin 18 YO girls birthday party ! Then I Got another call from Exec. at BMW whichis headquartered 10 min from Me she wants a small house Party could be huge $500 minimum for 12 -18 people

sure why not!
If they want it I'lll be there -jacket, gloves, whatever !!

Last year I wished I never stopped as it was constantly hitting like 50-60 til Feb. Ready to roll this winter. !!

Good to hear! I, too, am pushing through the winter months. Not nearly as busy as you, but saying yes to everything I can. Gotta love the outside temps being refrigerator temps

Makes things easy for us without refrigeration prep tables.

Up date - Fall Parties ! Yes been going a bit but not posting for fear of Ignore button

Yes its nice to have the cooler temps too some point (about 58 degrees) but does make the dough harder to spread and work with. I did a nice party for about 35 people and it was close to 57 degrees my helper had a tee shirt on! I love the leaves around and the chill. People love the flames more thats for sure! Here was the last quicky
may have a few more but weather pemitting. I actually had to keep the dough in the van to keep it workable, did 1 rack at a time even the Nutella and the Oils were a bit slow. Stilll greatto keep going and keep the dream alive.
Did the regulars and a few seasonal a la Amano Butternut , Guyere carmelized onions and a spiced apple with cinnimon and real whipped cream OMG! sorry didnt even get a shot of that 1!

Didn't even move the van Back in fire up and PIZZA! also nice to spread out beyond the 10X10 tent and not worry about cookin (Literally) in the sun !

damn john it is so inviting to see the wood fired kitchen set up in a fall setting. the pies look great as always.you creativity on toppings and choices is amazing. do you create your pies at the event or are the choices pre planned? please keep pictures coming.

A great Party 100 people 75 pizzas and roasty toasty warm!
It was around 45 degrees and I could have had a tee shirt on. Our Member RickM did a really great job setting up heated tent and pizza station for the 100 or so guests. The oven was working great and pizzas flying all over. I could Have "worked ?" in a tee shirt

Very Busy but got a few of the first pies coming out and a KILLER Cannoli !
You can see how the lower dome helps the top cooking and bottom stays perfect. These were early on flooor 830 degrees . If you rake the coals you do have to cook off the floor but 60 -70 second is doable I was just too darn busy.
