Hi, my name is Ben and I love Pizza. I have been making pizza from scratch on and off for about 5 years. This year I have started stepping it after reading American Pie.
I love to grill pizza. Its one of the easiest ways for me to get to the high cooking tems. I also picked up a Hearth Kit (since i live downtown in a loft). I think homemade motz is one of the best things ever.
