Hi everyone -
My name is Chris. I live in Austin, TX and my wife and I love pizza. She is pickier about the cheese, it seems. I'm picky about the crust.
Like many of you, I have done research on the hydration theroies and whatnot, and I have done trial and error starting with the basic recipes including Lehmann's.
My day job is in the software biz.
As far as toppings go, my wife is a pesto/onions/mushrooms woman, and I'm a straight-up pepperoni.
