I'm an advanced home cook and am currently using the "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" master recipe by Hertzberg to make my dough. So far, I'm really happy with it. I came here to pick up tips on working with dough and see what everyone else is doing. Happy Baking Everyone!
