My name is Jimmy, I'm from south Lousisiana. My family and I (wife and 3 sons) have what we call family night were we attempt to make some home made pizza, or meatball poboys and either watch a movie or play a game.
The pizza dough is made from scratch but it is very simple. And its usually pepperoni and hamburger toppings, cooked in the electric range oven on a pizza stone. The pizza is ok, but the time with the wife and kids is great.
I am ready to take it to the next level. Just got a new pizza stone for my gas grill, and am thinking about ordering that pizza conversion thing for my 22.5 weber kettle. Can not wait to start trying some of the great recipes and suggestions from all you guys.
