Being from Chicago I was born with a genetic need for pizza.  I am definitely a gourmet eater, but want to try my hand at creation as well.  I am a decent cook but haven't really delved into the mystery that is the creation of superb pizza dough.  I have a bread machine and make some seriously killer cinnamon rolls and a few other bread items, but a novice in this area and hoping to correct that weakness.
