Having lived in Chicago for 15 years of my life, Uno/Due definitely grew to become my favourite pizza. Of course I've eaten and enjoyed Gino's, Lou's, My Pi, Pequods, and various others, but none of them match Uno for my palette.
My other pizza favourite is Harris Pizza in the Quad City area which straddles the Mississippi at the IL and IA border. My childhood was spent on the Iowa side, and Harris Pizza is a legend (and acquired taste) in the area.
Now living in Las Vegas, I have yet to find an edible locally made pizza. So that is what brings me to pizzamaking.com. If I can't buy it, I'll make it!
