Not only did my go to source for cut Grande (Corrado's, Clifton), stop carrying it, everyone in the store that I asked about it (cheese dept. up through the store manager), had never even heard of it
Corrado's wholesale location sells the whole Grande logs, but since I've got a self defrosting freezer, I really don't want to start freezing it. I need 1 to 2 lb. chunks.
And... I need it for less than $5/lb. So no Whole Paycheck.
Any populated area above Bridgewater is fine, although the closer to Morris County, the better. Close to route 80 (Paramus, Clifton, Hackensack, etc.) would also be a better option.
