My nickname is DJ. I have made homemade pizza years ago and now have time to get back into it. I live near Chicago and my particular interest is getting into making grilled pizza as I am looking into gettin a kamado style grill (the Broil King Keg in particular when it becomes available). I looked at a recipe on that blog and wanted more information. Not sure how much I will be able to contribute, but hope to glean info I can use. Maybe I will be able to contribute after gaining some more experience.
