Hi all,
I have been making bread here and there, but a friend who planned on building a full-blown wood fired pizza oven in his back yard got me on a pizza kick.
I recently replaced my cheap-o walmart stone with a Cordierite stone and have been baking pizzas on my gas grill since it gets hotter than my oven and seems to reflect heat from the lid better.
I don't really have a favorite style of pizza and enjoy experimenting. Thanks to all of those who have contributed to this forum, I look forward to learning a lot!
