Here are a few pizzas I made recently. The first is similar to Chris Bianco's Rosa. It is topped with Parmesan Cheese, Red Onion, Pistachios, and Rosemary. It cooked a little faster than I expected, so the crust was a bit crispy, but it was still pretty good. I wasn't sure that I would like this topping combination, but it is surprisingly good. While not my favorite pizza, the intensity of the flavors do blend together nicely.
The second pizza is similar to his sonny boy pizza. On this one I used tomato Sauce, homemade mozzarella, Gaeta Olives, and some Sopressetta. The Salami was excellent. This was a very tasty pizza.
