My First Attempt Of a Few of Chris Bianco's Pizzas

Here are a few pizzas I made recently. The first is similar to Chris Bianco's Rosa. It is topped with Parmesan Cheese, Red Onion, Pistachios, and Rosemary. It cooked a little faster than I expected, so the crust was a bit crispy, but it was still pretty good. I wasn't sure that I would like this topping combination, but it is surprisingly good. While not my favorite pizza, the intensity of the flavors do blend together nicely.

The second pizza is similar to his sonny boy pizza. On this one I used tomato Sauce, homemade mozzarella, Gaeta Olives, and some Sopressetta. The Salami was excellent. This was a very tasty pizza.

Thanks for your kind words guys! Appreciate it. I tried the Sonny Boy again and this picture came out a lot better. If you use a high quality brand of salami and olive, it sure makes a tasty pizza.

I have had those at Pizzeria Bianco! And they are fantastic.

But it is all about the dough at PB, the toppings are just there to get in the way! HAHAHa!

How did your crust compare? Would you mind telling me the work flow and formulation of your dough?
