I have been interested in pizza essentially my entire life. My father has been making pizza at home as long as I can remember. While reading Peter Reinhart's "American Pie", I came to the realization, eventually there will be no one to carry on my fathers tradition of making pizza, and it really affected me. So, I started learning and making it for myself and my family to start our own tradition.
