Just wanted to say Hi and hopefully wish for the best of to be a pizza pro. I have been in love with pizza since I was 17 yrs old..(eating it only
.. and don't ask my current age
) and now I think I'm seriously being engaged of making the pizza, which I started few months ago,, by having trial and error method and experimenting almost any recipe which I think is good enough to go for. So far so good I'm getting good results however I think I need to get into professional lessons which will leads me to open my own pizzeria in the near future. All in all without your help and support I don't think I will make it and hopefully I will be a good contributor because I believe of giving and taking.
