Nice pies! I've been living off Don's shrimp pie recipe for a few weeks now but Buffalo is very tempting.

Have you tried blending your hot sauce with melted butter and using that as your sauce?

Thanks Craig, I used to poach the chicken, shred, then coat with hot sauce mixed with melted no salt butter. I now quick fry with butter after marinading overnight. I think I can dial back the heat now. The last one was a might too spicy hot.
