This is Muttster and I like BBQ of all kinds and pizza. Picked up an older Weber Performer to go with my Big Green Egg and decided that I needed to diversify so here goes. I am currently using the Weber along with a d style pizza stone in my pizza experimentation. Haven't done the making of dough yet (using Trader Joe's dough) but hope to be at that point soon. Any help or advice is always appreciated. Pizza like BBQ is a journey that is fun but never truly mastered.
