I am into homemade everything, and have been making pizza for many years. I recently (accidentally) created a natural sourdough when I forgot a batch of noodle dough I put in my pantry to rest overnight and rediscovered it 3 days later!
Since then, I wanted to design a sourdough pizza skin. I Googled the topic, and a post from this website was the first return from my search.
Gotta run now. I have two sourdough skins retarding in my fridge that are calling for me.
