Linguica?

I was wondering if anyone had a good linguica recipe for a pizza topping. I have basically perfected bar-room pizza but I am now working on the toppings.

I am VERY fond of the linguisa recipe in Rytek Kutas' book. Linquica, linguisa, longaniza are all similar I think. I've been meaning to smoke up a batch of linguisa. Thanks for reminding me.
