Maybe you got a bad can? I have gotten those with all brands.Even Cento,which I love,I had a few cans I had to throw away as well.
it's consistent from can to can with walmart tomatoes in my area, from different stores. sams club diced tomatoes is by far the WORST for 'not tasting like the can' category.
