What countertop oven should I get?

I'm looking for a countertop pizza oven.  It looks like many of the preferred models are out of stock or available outside of the United States (I live in Philadelphia, USA).

Requirements
-110V
-I don't like nonstick as I'm afraid I'll scratch it up or that at high heat I will get exposed to toxins
-I'm willing to pay up to $100, maybe slightly more.
-high temperature
-can handle medium-dish pizza (I'm not sure if I make deep dish pizza or a medium version of it).

Should I try to get a Pizza Bella on Ebay?  I see a deep dish model there currently for $70.

I spent a lot of time searching for one on Amazon and didn't find one (at least on the US Amazon - internationally they are more available).  I like to use Amazon's reviews as they are a good indicator of product quality (if you get 20+ reviews at 4+ stars).
