Hello my name is Fran and I am from Bethlehem PA.

I am interested in all things Neapolitan pizza. I also have an interest in Italian food and wine.

Welcome to the forum!  :)  I live near Manheim, Pa. so I am not that far from you.  Best of luck learning about Neapolitan pies on the forum.  The forum is a great resource for learning about Neapolitan pies.
