Hi, I just registered after lurking for a while. I'm looking forward to learning more from all of you. I am an attorney by day, and avid cook by night, but with relatively little pizza making experience. I'm looking forward to doing more and especially learning how to replicate, as much as reasonably feasible, my family's favorite Neapolitan style pizza, like it is done at Punch Pizza, here in MN.
