I'm Chris from Glasgow but now staying in the Western Isles of Scotland.
I worked in my fav pizza shop(Stefano's) when younger and still use the own recipe at home - the whole reason I got a job was so I could learn the recipe and get free pizzas

Hope to try loads of recipes from here and put in my own comments. I've been using forums for over a decade now so should have no problems that way
