Well, I thought I would use this thread as a place to show my trials with working on gluten free pizzas, bread, etc.
This first pizza was made with my standby recipe I came up with a while back. Cooked @ 550F in a home oven for 8 minutes. I'm thinking once I get my pizza party WFO, I can get the crust on this one to come out even better.
