Hey fellow pizza lovers, Marcus from Los Angeles by way of Northern England here.

I've been quietly passionate about trying to make my own pizza for a while now and was using the broiler/skillet method until I discovered the wonder that is the LBE!

Pizza wise? Sourdough High end NY and Neapolitan ;D

I haven't quite perfected my pizza or cooking medium but it's coming along, I'll get there eventually!
