Hi,
I've been lurking on the pizzamaking.com forum for a few months now, and have barely scratched the surface. Been making home-made pizzas in the oven for a while, mostly from the recipe the folks used when I was a kid (thin crust "supreme"-type). I've been interested learning more and this is apparently the place to do it.
Looking forward to contributing some day, but for now, much to learn.
