I recently joined pizzamaking.com and am very glad to have found you. I make pizza in a wood fired pizza oven. I live in Ramona, California and am also a winemaker and grape grower. I look forward to asking questions and offering advice when needed. There are questions, that I have, about improving my pizza dough and I would like to hear from you.
