Hi, my name is Ray - I live just outside Portland Or. I've been bread baking for 4 or 5 years and have gotten into pizza from that. Using recipes from Cooks Illustrated, 'American Pie' (Reinhart), etc. Getting some doughs I like, but need to learn lots more, bake a lot more, eat a lot more pizzas before I know for sure where I'm at in all this.
