I am a pizza addict, seeking recovery. I live in southwestern Colorado and have been making pizzas for eight years. New York coal and gas, Chicago, Detroit, Neapolitan wood fired, Sicilian, Italian are a few of the styles of pizzas I make. My products are constantly evolving. You may say that I am searching for the perfect pizza. The perfect combination of blended flours, hydration, tomatoes, and cheese blend.
