My name is Steve. live in the west suburbs of Chicago and have always been interested in all things pizza.
I had worked in a few pizza places in my youth and have always liked the business. At this stage of my life, I am actively researching the pizza business with the goal of opening my own place.
I favor Neapolitan pizza, but enjoy all different styles. Some of the best pizza I have eaten were from Coalfire (Chicago) Varasano's (Atlanta) and Pizza a Metro (Phoenix). All of these places had outstanding pies. There are many others out there too and I want to be one of them.
Hoping to use the forum to gain a better understanding of how to make it, what to do and what not to do and othervarious info.
