I figured rather than hijack a bunch of other threads with my pics and whatnot I would start my own. I am taking all the knowledge that I have been able to glean from you guys here to help me with my goal. A mobile pizza cart with 2 LBE's (well actually more like Big Black Eggs, since I am using 22.5" grills). Since one of them is black, and the other maroon, cant really call it 2LBE either haha.

The pics below are the first of my 22.5's that I got off of craigslist.

I will have a sketch of what I am going to try to put together coming as well.

Wish me luck!

I am finally going to get this started. got my 2nd kettle a few weeks ago.

Both are pretty dirty, any suggestions on how to get them all cleaned up so that I can at least start with a nice clean Kettle?

Pat,

I donít know how other members clean their Weberís, but I used degreaser and Brillo pads that were for restaurants.

I'd leave 'em different for now, and call your operation "Black & Blue Pizza"!

Hows about the sketch? would love to see that, any thought  how / where  you might put these 2 bad boys? would love to see your vision, why not go for 3? or am I getting carried away here? Is ther plans for health inspections on these units or you planning on private catering only? good luck with your venture!! its sure fun but a lot of work I can vouch for that.

My ability to sketch in my head is DaVinci like, however by the time the transmission gets to my hands it looks like someone has drawn a plate of spaghetti!

My idea is to mount both to a metal cart that I can roll into position on site. I just do 'underground' private catering at this point, but will be looking to get a small trailer to carry the cart and my other supplies like coolers and tables.

I will get some cleaning agents, and get chugging on cleaning these beasts off this weekend before I get into the build, that is if it cools down out here, way too hot to do too much outside.
