I've watch the video of Una Pizza Napolitan and also read that he had his made
in Napoli cause there is special Napoli specifications with volcano bricks or some kind of secrets ,he wont tell his sourses , does that mean that another type of oven would not get you there or
is there a better or closest one for the Napoli Pizza?
