Hi everyone,

I am from the Sacramento area of California in the USA. I have been working on making pizza for the past year. This forum has given me direction. I cook on a modified gas Weber grill on tile. I can achieve ~ 650-700 deg temperatures. I can cook a 15" pie in about 4 minutes.

I am looking forward to further my knowledge of pizza making.
