I was in the Chicago area this week and went to Moretti's Restorante & Pizzeria. I had their thin crust pizza and loved it. The crust seemed to have a similar taste to a Chicago deep dish but was a thin and crispy crust.
I was wondering if anyone has had this pizza and thought the crust taste were like a deep dish Chicago crust? Also would like to find a recipe for a dough that was like theirs. Any help would be appreciated.
