Call me a philistine if you wish, but ...
I have recently discovered Bravo! (
http://www.bravoitalian.com/index.html) curbside service . They have a stone-fired pizza that kicks many of the local (Indy, IN) pizza's booteh ... It's a bit pricey (Adult menu:
http://bravoitalian.exit41.com/Exit41Online/list-menu-items.htm?categoryId=154), unless you check out the kid's menu -- $5.95 (4 ingredient "Build-Your-Own). A nice thin crust with a chewy rim-crust, plenty of cheese (albeit spotty dispersal of ingredients), and the sauce is medium+ spicy. No delivery

.
The thing I really like is the carbon burns ... few, but in yummy places, and <OMG drool!> some on the rim-crust. I had one recently where the prep person left a hole in the crust next to the rim. It burned a small ½cm crispy hole. Tasty.
It's the flaws that make or break a pizza -- and prove that I'm eating a pizza, and not some Boboli knock-off, or prefab clone.
Just my 2¢ ...
