Can anyone give me a link/phone number of a caputo dealer in Texas, central texas to be exact. Austin would be good or dallas/Houston/San Antonio.

Euro Mid or Euromid in Houston sells an off brand of Caputo 00 flour.  They sell to the general public on Saturdays only.  Or during the week if you give them a sob story about being from out of town.
