Hello! I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I am located in the OC area - Southern Cal. I love to make pizzas as well as bake rustic breads. I am always in the lookout for the best way to achieve NP or NY style pizzas at home so everyone can actually enjoy it.
Although I have a WFO in my backyard, I am still trying to replicate a WFO-baked NP pizza using a home oven. I hope to find out more info as well as share my own idea about this topic.
