Question for those who make their own mozerella

Or however you spell it heh.

Anyway, we make our own alot for the pizzas and it tasts fine, but we have one problem.  The stuff doesn't melt very good!  It holds it's firmness and never melts together.  Has anyone found a way to make it melt the right way?  I'm using the kit from New England Cheesemaking.
