Making a thin crust pizza with a little crunch to be frozen.
« on: August 10, 2011, 10:02:26 PM »
I have been playing around for over a year with several recipes for making a frozen pizza.  Basically, I take a pre-baked crust, top and freeze.  Does anyone have any ideas on the key elements of a dough recipe to make the thin, crunchy crust work in a counter top, pizza oven cooking around 425 to 450 degrees after it comes out of the freezer?  Thanks to all!
