So I feel like I have a pretty good handle on deep dish/stuffed (at least a variation that we like) but I have not yet tried to make a Chicago style thin crust. I grew up in Urbana, on Papa Del's, both deep dish and thin crust, and love both. Does anyone have a good approximation of their thin crust pizza???
